Turn Around Time:

For in-stock purchases, we aim to have orders out within 1-3 business days. If our processing times are slower due to high volume of orders, you will see a note on the updates section of the in-stock page at the top.

For pre-orders, we often get our orders in hand within 5 weeks of submitting them. To account for any shipping delays and time spent cutting, packing and shipping, we will say our turn around time will be 5-8 weeks from the date the preorder closes. We are hopeful that rounds will be shipped out much sooner than that in most cases! Timeline cannot be guaranteed by us, as there may be delays due to shipping or customs clearance that are out of our control. We will provide updates on our facebook page as to where our pre-orders are currently at.

Fabric:

Our designs are a mix between exclusive art and stock art that we think you will love. They are then printed overseas, and shipped to us by air. The fabric is printed with reactive dye and OEKO-TEX® certified, which means that they are tested for harmful substances and produced sustainably (all current bases except for PUL, which requires a waterproof certificate for the lamination process). When you receive it, you should carefully inspect it before washing. Care should be made to wash it properly: recommended to wash in cold water, then dry on low to medium heat. This removes dirt and chemicals from the shipping process and helps to set the dye. To avoid colours bleeding, you should NOT wash on hot or let sit wet in the washing machine. Cold Coffee Fabrics cannot be held responsible for any colour bleeding, fading or piling of fabric. Our fabrics have all been tested with the above washing routine and we do our best to source the highest quality bases. If you have had any issues if longevity of fabrics, we would appreciate hearing about it. To help printed fabrics retain their vibrant colours, garments should be washed inside out with the above settings.

Web Photos:

We do our best to ensure that the photos you see here on the screen are as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, different screens filter colour differently, so when you have the fabric in hand is may appear slightly different to the stock photos on our website. Different bases also pick up the dye differently based on fabric composition, so you may notice slight differences between bases. Typically, synthetic fibers such as polyester appear more vibrant than natural fibers like cotton and bamboo. We simply cannot issue refunds for fabric that is not the shade you expected upon receival, however if you are unhappy with something please always reach out. If the fabric is unwashed and uncut, you are permitted to return it for store credit.

Flaws:

Please carefully inspect your unwashed, uncut fabric within a week of receiving it and contact us with any issues. Once fabric has been washed or cut, we are unable to assess any damages that may have occurred after being received.

Any time a flaw is known, we will attempt to contact you before shipping. We are human, and it is possible that things get missed, so if that is the case please let us know and we will figure out a solution. If we cannot get a hold of you within the shipping window, we may send out extra yardage to account for the flaw, or have the fabric reprinted if it affected the whole batch.

Common fabric abnormalities that fit under a dime, will not count as a flaw as per our policy. These may appear as a small misprint, smudge, black mark, white spot, snag etc.

If there is a flaw within 3" of the fabric selvage, this will also not count as a flaw covered by our policy. It is very common to have small flaws within the 3" border due to the printing and packing process.

If you have received fabric from us and upon inspection, notice a flaw that does not fall under the above categories, please contact us.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges:

You may return fabric that is uncut and unwashed for refund or store credit. As the customer, you are responsible for shipping costs to return the fabric, unless it was due to a mistake on our end. Slight colour variations do not count as something we would cover shipping for. If you want additional photos of any of our fabrics to check colour in different lighting etc, please reach out and we will happily provide those.

Refunds or store credit notes will be provided once we receive and inspect any returns.
